Bring the competence you need, for as long as you need it
You can bring in exactly the specialist competencies you need, in the volume you need, to deliver any project successfully — without carrying them on payroll afterwards.
Four steps with the ITSource team
Platform architecture
Choosing the protocol stack and producing the documentation — technical specification, HLD, LLD, specifications and so on.
Production environment
Configuring servers and services to the design produced, and bringing them into operation.
Test environment
An additional environment identical to production, for developers and testers to work against.
Continuous deployment
Developing and rolling out the CI/CD scheme, then testing automated deployment.
What else to settle at the architecture stage
Timely IT expertise means the expensive questions get answered while they are still cheap. Three of them come up in almost every project.
- Fault tolerance. A well-designed scheme avoids downtime when a component fails. Deal with it at the design stage, not when downtime already costs you clients and money.
- High load. If scalability is not allowed for now, growth later means rebuilding from scratch — with serious and irreversible financial and human cost.
- Redundancy. Data volumes and their growth rate need assessing while the architecture is being designed; that is what lets you size the solution properly.
