For clients - CCTV system

Over the time we have worked together, ITS GROUP has proven itself a competent firm in the field of information technology. We are very glad of the opportunity to work with ITS GROUP LLC. We greatly appreciate their direct focus on our company's needs, their positive attitude and their consistently high quality of service. The company's staff stand out for their attentive approach to the client's needs, their ability to find the best solution quickly, their deep professional knowledge and their highly professional teamwork. On behalf of the Kaiser Representative Office in Ukraine we express our sincere gratitude for the work carried out by ITS GROUP. ITS GROUP is a reliable partner, pleasant to work with and to recommend to our own partners.

We are a constantly growing trading company, so network and computer maintenance really matters - if anything goes wrong at the wrong moment we lose orders and money.

Back in 2003 we got to know Sasha Bilonoh. He did a small job for our office - setting up the internet and the computers. Later we asked him to build a network in our new office, to extend and upgrade the old network and equipment, and to set up email. Then we needed to relocate quickly - with all the computers, equipment and the network. Just like everyone else, only fast. We could not wait weeks for somebody to turn up.

Throughout our work together with ITSG there has not been a single unresolved problem - they took on everything they were given and delivered. And you can always get through to them, and if something is urgent they solve it in time.

Thank you for the good work of Sasha and his company; we recommend them warmly to serious businesses.

We have worked with ITSG for a long time - more than 5 years now. Back then we had an urgent task involving the link to our remote office and our in-house administrator could not solve it. Someone recommended Sasha from ITSG to me.

And he managed it, straight away. I liked how he works, and the fee he asked was modest. After that I went to him with all sorts of questions about our computers.

Over time our company grew, but ITSG did not stand still either. Over all the years of working together ITSG solved a great many of our tasks, and nobody loads a supplier with tasks like we do: the network of our pharmacies with the head office, backup data storage and servers in every branch, protection of our whole system and its database, database configuration, secure internet channels.

We even got as far as CCTV - handy for keeping an eye on my branches, so I do not have to spend time and money on the road; I did enough driving while those branches were opening.

So I want to thank ITSG and Sasha Bilonoh personally for a successful partnership and for saving us money and time, for always taking on and solving even the most complex and non-standard tasks, and for offering good options to choose from.

I would certainly recommend them as reliable partners.

Since 1997 the British International School has been an educational institution with a strong reputation, providing international-standard education to Ukrainian and foreign children aged 3 to 18. It is the only school in Ukraine that offers the Ukrainian curriculum alongside the international programme.

We first brought ITSG in to run a diagnostic review of our computer network, which is made up of the most modern equipment and supports the school's teaching processes to the highest standard.

One of the specific requirements was the constant presence on the school premises of an English-speaking ITSG member of staff, and the company provided us with exactly that service. Their technical specialists eliminated every shortcoming identified by the diagnostic review and went on to optimise our network in line with the requirements of the teaching process.

We thank the ITSG team for the quality and consistently high standard of service, and we recommend them to clients looking for exclusive service from ITSG.

In all the time we have worked with ITSG, their staff always solve our problems quickly. Like any tour operator, we critically depend on uninterrupted internet, email and the whole computer network of our office. The speed of response and of handling our requests, constant oversight of our tour groups on the road, and faultless work with our foreign partners are the key measure. The ITSG team understand our demands and serve us promptly.

We thank ITSG for consistently stable, high-quality work and a high level of service!

We are a very demanding client, so we choose our partners carefully.

We have worked with ITSG since 2005 - in that time they have carried out a great deal of work putting our computing estate in order and they maintain it regularly. ITSG staff built several networks, look after our regional branches, and handle the prompt selection, purchase, installation and configuration of the computer equipment we need.

We entrusted them not only with server management but with building and supporting our CCTV system.

Thank you ITSG for work that is always excellent!
